Art Workshop : Becci Holmes: Willow Sculptures. Create a lantern from willow and wet strength paper – or a small willow sculpture for the more experienced participant. No need to bring anything apart from yourselves. Age 14+. To book a place please contact the library on 01446 422425 as there are a maximum of 15 places available.


Art Workshop : Positive Image Photographic Society, Guy Butler-Madden: Taking and Editing Digital Photos. The workshop will cover how to take a good photo, basic digital photo editing covering the removal of unwanted objects in an image, adjusting its brightness and ways to prevent losing your images. Family activity day, details tbc but will definitely include willow work with Clare Revera, air brushing with John Hayes and djemba drumming workshop with Glyn Pooley


Art Workshop : Judy Stephens : Boomtown Barry. Celebrate Barry’s industrial past and present in fabric. Put together a “stitch and stick” design to take home and frame.

Art Workshop : Melissa Warren : Yarn Wrapping. Create your own land or seascape masterpiece, using simple yarn wrapping techniques and choosing from an extensive array of yarns and materials. To book a place please contact the library on 01446 422425 as there are a maximum of 15 places available.


Art Workshop : Vicky Wilson : Woven treasures. Participants will fill laminate pouches with a variety of materials to form squares or other shapes which will be fixed together with yarn to create a hanging stained glass box. Age 14+.
